Jim began his career in the exhibit business in New York City where he ran a small family-owned business. He moved to Chicago to earn his MBA at Kellogg Business School while working at Exhibitgroup. He was soon promoted to Director of International Business where he grew the company's international business from $1.0M to $22M in three years. Jim then became Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing where he was instrumental in the growth of the company from $89M to $400M.
